Plain Weiner Schnitzel

Weiner Schnitzel is a thinly sliced, boneless cut that we take from the Topside of the animal. Cooks quickly, so great for those nights when we need dinner on the table….Fast! Full of flavour, it is great sliced in a stir fry with plenty of vegetables and seasonings. Approximately 10 slices per kilogram.
