The grapes for this Chardonnay were sourced from select sites throughout the Valley and aged six months sur-lie in both French & American oak barrels. The definition of a big juicy wine. Truly glorious with big black fruit with lots of sweet plum notes all without being jammy or cooked. This is an excellent example of what Zinfandel can be in the right hands. A nice bit of acidity there that helps to cut through giving restraint aiding to give it length and finesse. A wine to go with a hearty curry or a winters night in front of the fire.

An excellent example of a Bordeaux Blanc. It is loaded with tropical fruit aromas of pineapple and candied quince. However, it still stays true to its Sauvignon Blanc roots with hints of fresh green apple and lemon zest. Fresh and zingy on the palate making it the perfect accompianment with fish or a summers day.
