Please note: All orders must be made  before MIDNIGHT THURSDAY NIGHT to be delivered/picked up Monday-Friday the following week. Separate orders made to the same address will be delivered at the same time.  If you have missed the cut off time and wish to make a late order,  please email us ASAP  to check if we can include it!

Apostle offer a unique range of small batch hot sauces handmade in Wellington.  "For us, it's not just about heat. Our hand picked chillies and perfectly balanced spices craft a deep, complex sauce that beautifully complements your meal - not overwhelm it with spice."

Like Yum Jar, Apostle runs a bottle return system. You can now drop your clean, empty Apostle bottles off to us, or return them in your box of empty Yum Jars, and they will be returned to Apostle to be sanitized and refilled with delicious sauce time and time again!

Judas Iscariot - Spicy Smoked Barbecue

Manuka smoked chipotle & slow roasted onions stewed together in tangy pineapple juice and sweetened with sticky black molasses and brown sugar.
No artificial sweeteners, colours or flavours. Everything a perfect spicy barbecue sauce should be. Judas is wonderful with grilled or fried chicken, pulled pork, brisket or barbecued veges like zucchini and corn. 

Ingredients: organic apple cider vinegar, pineapple juice (pineapple juice, vitamin C), onion, tomato paste, manuka smoked jalapeño, water, molasses, brown sugar, salt, garlic powder, spices, activated charcoal.

Saint Phillip - Roasted Capsicum & Chilli

This slow roasted blend of capsicum, cayenne chillies and smoked jalapenos create a rich, vibrant sauce with a smoky depth of flavour in our take on a classic red hot sauce. Phillip is our perfect all-rounder for eggs, fries, burgers, salads, nachos - you name it.

Ingredients: red wine vinegar, capsicum (24.9%), chilli (12%), onion, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, cumin, pepper.

Saint Peter - Kiwifruit & Kawakawa Verde

A unique blend of tangy kiwifruit, peppery New Zealand Kawakawa and locally grown jalapeños makes for a super fresh and colourful verde. This piquant salsa verde is perfect for adding a zesty bite to all your favorite comfort foods like fish tacos, guacamole and even cheese toasties.

Ingredients: organic apple cider vinegar, kiwifruit (23%), capsicum, jalapeño, salt, kawakawa (less than 1%).

Saint Matthew - Chocolate & Manuka Smoked Chipotle

A deep floral and earthy blend of manuka smoked chipotle and dark cocoa create a rich base for our spectacularly full-flavoured Mole Poblano inspired chipotle sauce. Matthew is the best you can get for tacos, nachos or stirred together with mayonnaise for a perfect burger sauce.

Ingredients: organic apple cider vinegar, manuka smoked jalapeño (10%), capsicum, onion, tomato paste, cocoa powder (4.8%), salt, garlic powder, cinnamon, cumin, pepper.

Saint John - Mango, Turmeric & Ginger

We have perfectly balanced a blend of succulent mango, refreshing ginger & vibrant turmeric to create this uniquely fruity hot sauce. A delicious and colourful addition to fried chicken, salads, tacos or even on poached eggs.

Ingredients: mango puree (39%) (mango, sugar, citric acid), organic apple cider vinegar, carrot, chilli, salt, ginger (less than 1%), turmeric (less than 1%), pepper.

Saint Andrew - Szechuan, Blueberry & Habanero

A delicately sweet blend of blueberries, szechuan & habanero, complemented with fresh lemongrass & ginger. This wonderfully colourful habanero hot sauce is guaranteed to pair perfectly with pork, noodles, dumplings or even avocado on toast.

Ingredients
