Old fashioned Beef Dripping. Fry things the way Grandma used to. Nothing makes for better Banana Fritters & Sweetcorn Fritters than being fried in a bit of dripping! 

Got a deep fryer? This is what you want to use. It remains flavour neutral and you can move from sour to sweet cooks without having to change out the dripping, unlike oils which pick up flavours and go rancid within weeks.
