Balsamic Cheese Crackers

A crisp savoury biscuit with flavours of balsamic, sesame and cheese. Great on its own, or with cheese, dips or spreads. Winner of a Gold at the Outstanding Food Producer Awards, this recipe is hand made in small batches by Totara Cottage in Auckland.

Ingredients: wheat flour, cheese, sesame seeds, butter, almond meal, fried shallots, raising agents, balsamic vinegar, salt. 110g.
