Winner of the Boutique Supreme Award at the New Zealand Champions of Cheese awards 2020, this grapevine ash covered fresh goat's cheese combines the vibrancy of goat milk with subtle tones of fresh citrus. Elegant and refined, this cheese exhibits a light fluffiness, that coats the mouth but leaves the palate feeling refreshed. 

Comes in an approximately 220g pyramid.

Pair with:

A small amount of sweet fruit paste; berries or apricot work well.

Wine / Beer match:

Goat's cheese matches classically with a Sancerre (Sauvignon Blanc). However, it also pairs nicely with other white wines especially Albarino, or Pinot Gris or a french dry style Rose' or Bubbles.
