Ali is a thickly woven village kilim runner. A beautiful piece woven in soft wool with interesting colours of brown, purple, orange, green that all work harmoniously. Made in the mid 20th Century and is in excellent original condition.
Originating from Kurdish tribal people whose homelands are the mountainous regions of Eastern Turkey, Iran and Iraq.
