Wooden  Avocado Knife

When you need to get the avocado out of it's skin smoothly and in one piece these small flat bladed knives are your go to. This knife is perfect for extracting avacado, the curve of the blade lets is slide between skin and flesh of the fruit smoothly, enabling all the flesh to be popped out and then the knife can be used to spread it smoothly on toast or crackers or however you wish.

Made of teak, the knife is  very strong and durable

The knife is 17 cm's long, and the  blade is 2.5 cm's wide

There are no chemicals or lacquers or colour dyes used in making the spatula, it  is 100 % food safe

Handwash only and you can re-oil periodically with a food safe oil. 

Note each item is individually made, so grains in the wood will vary from piece to piece
