Yalumba GEN Organic Viognier 2022

Another Gem, we mean GEN Organic wine from Yalumba.

This wine is certified by the Australian Certified Organic standards and is 100% vegan. It's made without the use of chemical fertilisers and pesticides in the vineyard. With very few additions, the wine goes through wild fermentation, using only the natural yeasts present in the vineyard and on grape skins.

Straw in colour with green hues. Complex aromas of honeysuckle, lemon rind, apricot and peach mingle with hints of cashew and fresh pineapple. The palate is rich and textured, a luscious wine with layers of spice, citrus and apricot showing the distinct Viognier
varietal characters that persist through to the lovely fresh finish.
