SAUVIGNON BLANC "L'INSOLITE" 2022

The colour is pale straw to lemon with a faint haziness from no filtration at bottling. Fresh grapefruit, citrus, tropical fruit and herbal aromas in the nose with a subtle lychee note. The palate is complex and vibrant with tart citrus fruit and tropical flavours, a nice grippy acidity, fine oak and mineral textural elements all rounded out with a full-bodied creamy mouthfeel.

We approach the work in the vineyard and winery for our Sauvignon Blanc a different way; “l’Insolite”. Which means ‘the unusual’. Therefore, we created something unique. A powerful style of wine with the perfect balance of acidity, structure and fruit. This Sauvignon Blanc has a great depth and length, and will even improve over the next years.
