Our comprehensive range of native hinu (oils) are all handcrafted with tikanga and aroha - from harvesting through to packaging, each rākau is processed with meticulous attention and respect.  Our hinu contains the leaves, flowers, roots, bark and /or buds of the rākau, slow infused in cold pressed sunflower oil.

Karamu (Coprosma robusta) supports healthy skin, the kidneys, bladder, womb and urinary tract. Karamu can also support the body’s normal response for temperature balance and bringing down a fever.

Create a sweet tea by combining the leaves and ripe berries of the Karamu.

Karamu leaves

Cold pressed sunflower oil

Glycerine (optional)

Castor Oil (optional) 

Glycerine and/or castor oil can be added to your hinu if you prefer this consistency.

Please note we can custom blend oils for you.  

A P P L I C A T I O N : 

Use for general massage and topical skin application only

Gently rub/spray a small amount of oil onto your skin
