Kawakawa is a powerful, reliable and effective rongoā for treating a multitude of conditions. Taken orally, Kawakawa’s stimulating and rejuvenating properties help with digestive problems such as indigestion, cramps and bloating, inflammation and infections, joint and muscle discomfort, internal and external skin conditions, circulation, chilblains, coughs and colds, bronchitis, worm infestations, gonorrhea & syphilis, general fatigue and lack of energy.

Mullein is a useful and versatile herb and is a must have in your first aid kete. Mullein's expectorant and anti-bacterial properties are scientifically proven to be an effective remedy for the treatment of bronchitis, asthma, allergies, flus and colds.  Mullein is my go to when I have a cough - she takes away the hack.

Drinking mullein has been found useful in curing a wide array of digestive problems such as constipation, haemorrhoids, diarrhoea and bladder infections.

Mullein has sedative benefits and is great for anxiety, stress and insomnia; and her anti-inflammatory properties also help ease pain associated with muscular or joint pain.  She is a star :).

KÅ«marahou assists liver and kidney function and helps your body to naturally detox, as well as providing relief from cold and flu symptoms because of its role as an anti-inflammatory of the trachea.   People have also found it helpful in asthma & other chronic respiratory complaints. 

T O   T A K E :

To take glycetract, add drops directly under the tongue - this gets the active ingredients directly into the bloodstream. You can also dilute glycetract in a small amount of water or juice.

D O S A G E :

5 - 20ml per week or 1⁄4 teaspoon twice daily

P R E C A U T I O N S : 

Kawakawa cleans and thins the blood and should not be taken if you are on blood thinners or aspirin.

Do not use during pregnancy or breast feeding.
