Whare Tapa Wha Children's Story Book

This story book introduces whanau to the hauora Maori (Maori health) concept of Whare Tapa Wha by telling the story of how one whanau looked after themselves during the COVID Lockdown period in New Zealand 2020. 

The story follows 8year old Michael and his mama, through ways they looked after their tinana, wairua, hinengaro and whanau (Whare Tapa Wha) during the lockdown period - to stay well and safe.
