Observations Tracker

This observations chart is a part of our Tamariki Hina Resource Kits. 

With the practice of Kare a roto, Kare a waho - observing what is happening internally and externally.  This handy sheet encourages young people to take note of what they see, hear, smell, taste and touch - and can be used in multiple situations - at home or at school. 

The chart can be printed at home, and we would recommend having the sheet laminated so that it can be used multiple times over with a whiteboard marker.
