Our selection of salads are the most delicious and nutritious - perfect for summer BBQs, weddings, picnics, parties, or get-togethers. We use fresh and in season produce, to ensure the best quality.

Classic Potato Salad (GF/DF) - potato, celery, boiled eggs, spring onion, fresh herbs and a homemade mayonnaise dressing

Broccoli Salad (GF/DF) - broccoli, bacon, cherry tomatoes, red onion, baby spinach, chives with a dijon, white wine vinegar dressing

Summer Peach (seasonal) or Berry & Feta Salad (GF) - Salad greens, fresh peaches, crumbled feta, roasted walnuts, basil, red onion with a lemon and olive oil dressing (seasonal)

Pumpkin & Chickpea Salad (GF) - Roast pumpkin, cumin roasted chickpeas, caramelized onion, fresh herbs and rocket with a tahini lemon yoghurt dressing

Mediterranean Pearl Barley Salad (DF/Vegan) - with sumac, apricots, fresh herbs and sundried tomatoes

Roast Vegetable Salad (GF/DF/Vegan) - roast pumpkin, kumara, baby carrots & beetroot tossed with fresh salad greens and homemade dukkah and cashew aioli dressing

Cauliflower Couscous (GF) - with cauliflower, dates, carrot, coriander, fennel & cumin seeds, red onion, yogurt dressing.

Turmeric Roasted Potato Salad (GF) - with green apple, red onion, gherkin, FR bacon, parmesan and rocket with a light yoghurt dressing

Roasted Grape & Quinoa Salad (GF) - Quinoa, feta and roasted grape salad with fresh rocket, candied walnuts

Green Salad (GF/DF/Vegan) with fresh peas, zucchini ribbons, spring onion, parsley, mint and basil & avocado (seasonal)

Asian Rice Noodle Salad (GF/DF/Vegan) - with fresh vegetables, fragrant herbs and a tahini & Tamari dressing

Please note  - all serveware, bowls and equipment must be returned to our shop at 585 Beach Road, Rothesay Bay, within 3 days of the event. Upon ordering, you will be sent an invoice ($20-50) for a bond to be paid before you pick up/we deliver. Your bond will be refunded once our boards and equipment are returned.
