Salts are a natural source of many minerals and trace elements, including calcium, magnesium, potassium, zinc, silica, and selenium. When bathing in salts, these minerals and trace elements are absorbed transdermally (through the skin) and therefore aiding to replenish levels within the body.

Fill up your bath with warm water. Add up to 1/4 cup of salts per bath, swish water to dissolve, step in and relax.
