Distilling
To meet their exacting standards, they distill their spirit and botanicals in a unique 100-year-old, brick-encased copper pot still in Holland - the home of gin. The six botanicals are weighed out precisely and are then added to the still and steeped for over 16 hours in Ultra pure grain spirit. The next day the distillation begins for at least seven hours before the Master Distiller collects the âheartâ of the distillate. They triple-check the gin, then bring it down to a precise 46% abv (the perfect abv for their unique taste!)

It took Berry Bros. & Rudd two years to create their masterpiece, working with master distillers, top mixologists and Dr. David Clutton - the only person in the world to have a PhD in gin.
