Botanicals
Juniper, Green Tea Leaves, Yuzu, Green Bitter Orange Peel, Cherry Blossoms, Sancho Pepper, Coriander, Liquorice and Angelica Root. 

Description
Wonderfully floral, with notes of tea and citrus. Easy to sip on with yuzu tonic, or just over ice with a sprig of mint and lemon. 

Distilling
Asahikawa Distillery is located on the Northern island of Hokkaido in Japan. The botanicals are macerated for 24 hours in a neutral cane spirit in a a copper still. It is then diluted down to 43% with water from the Taisetsu Mountains.
