Waitoki Washhouse Gin 200mL  – the ORIGINAL – combines traditional botanicals of Juniper, Coriander and Angelica Root, along with the citrus explosion from fresh orange and grapefruit.  On the tongue, a fresh peppery spice from Kawakawa & Horopito and another local addition from a tree that is 200 years old. 

Waitoki Washhouse Gin 200mL – with FRESH Rhubarb –combines traditional botanicals of Juniper, Coriander and Angelica Root, along with the citrus explosion from locally grown grapefruit & orange. On the tongue, a fresh peppery spice from Kawakawa & Horopito.After distillation, the original recipe is steeped with fresh, locally grown rhubarb for a sweet, but tart, fruity finish on the original recipe.

Waitoki Washhouse Barrel Aged Gin 200mL – we rest our award-winning citrus gin within a former chardonnay barrel, sourced from one of New Zealand’s oldest boutique wineries in the beautiful Ararimu Valley. With a lot of patience, and a bit of magic of our own, the result is a delectably smooth but drinkable gin that allows our botanicals to shine and the citrus aromas to carry through with buttery infusions of toasted hazelnut and light hints of cream on the palate.
