A classic Moroccan ingredient that instantly adds intense lemon flavour to traditional and modern dishes. Julie Le Clerc’s are batch made by Sabato from fresh lemons cured for six weeks. Incorporate the lemon rind in taglines and couscous dishes or as a compliment to seafood. Add the salty, lemony syrup to dressings and marinades.

Ingredients: lemons, sea salt, water, peppercorns, bay leaf. 330g in glass jar.
