Kimchi

Chinese Napa cabbage with chilli, garlic and ginger in the popular (and fiery) Korean pickle. A traditional side dish, also finely chopped and stirred through rice and soups. Add to fritters, sandwiches and a wide range of cooked dishes for extra piquancy. Produced in Korea by Wang. Ingredients: Napa cabbage, carrot, fructose, hot pepper, garlic, scallion, sugar, onion, salt, ginger, citric acid, water. Fermented, vegan, 410g glass jar.
