Fire Roasted Red Peppers

Fire roasted and pickled red peppers from The Olive Lady of Wellington. Lightly chargrilled, with a supple and sweet bright red flesh, these peppers are ideal for slipping into sandwiches, adding to a platter, and tossing over salads and pizza. Born in Greece, Mary began importing Greek foods to New Zealand and became known as ‘The Olive Lady’. Use her peppers to add capsicum colour to your meals.
