Toffee Brittle

Traditional toffee brittle slabs with roasted hazelnuts, coated in milk chocolate and dusted with fine almond. A textural and flavour experience - the delicate crack of toffee is followed by the crunch of nut and sweetness of chocolate and toffee. Made in Auckland by The Confectionist, these indulgent treats are designed for sharing and gifting. 

Ingredients: couverture milk chocolate, butter, hazelnuts, sugar, liquid glucose, soy lecithin, Himalayan rock salt. 100g pack or 200g jar.
