Sherry Vinegar

An intense amber coloured vinegar with balanced flavour that recalls the Jerez Sherry from which it comes. Pons vinegar from Spain is aged in American oak barrels following the traditional method. Recommended for dressings, sauces, meats and fish. 375ml glass bottle.
