Ricciarelli and Cavallucci Biscuits

Fine biscuits baked by Tusca from the traditional Italian recipe in Christchurch. For Cavallucci, walnut and citrus are warmed with light spices. They go well on a cheeseboard, with dried fruits or wine. Ricciarelli biscuits with a base of ground almonds have a bright, buttery finish. Pair with sparkling wine for a celebration, figs and honey for a decadent treat, or simply with a cup of afternoon tea.
