Nougat

Soft nougat made in Italy from fresh eggs, following the traditional artisanal method. This confection of dried fruits and nuts encased in soft creamy nougat is divine. Made to the original recipe written in 1924 by Antonio Quaranta in Caravaggio. Gluten free, palm oil free, no artificial colourings. 165g. 

Raspberry & Dark Chocolate - raspberries, almonds and hazelnuts with chocolate and nut brittle cream filling. 

Exotic Fruit - dried cherries, pineapple and papaya with almonds and hazelnuts. 

Lemon - swirled with lemon cream, almonds and hazelnuts. 

Forest Fruits - pieces of cranberry and freeze-dried blackberries and raspberries with a mixed berry swirl, almonds and hazelnuts.
