Green Olives

Hand-harvested Spanish grown green olives, cured with traditional methods for over 50 years by the Losada family. Their Verdial olives are cracked and marinated in garlic, vinegar and spices. Buttery and firm, they are the ideal tapa. Manzanilla olives have a spherical shape, high oil content and delicate flavour. With an appealing texture and vibrant colour, these olives are perfect in a martini.
