A traditional, handcrafted designed to last.  The funcitonal and stylish combining lightweight properties of aluminium with the beauty of brass. Use as a cake tin or tarte tatin. 

- Aluminium is the most preferred material for high heat cooking after copper as it transfers heat really rapidly giving the cook greater control.
- Ottinetti have been manufacturing since 1920 in Bevano, a small town on the shores of Lake Maggiore in Northern Italy.
- Available in two sizes 24cm or 26cm
