Regular size dishes range from about 300g and 350g.

Select your meal plan size & make your meal choices to create your subscription meal plan. Order before Midnight Sunday for delivery on Thursdays.

All meals are delivered fresh and can be kept in the fridge for seven days, or in the freezer for three months.
