Smoked Fish Pie

 

Delicious smoked fish pie, filled with vegetables and smoked fish stirred through a creamy lemon sauce with capers and peas. Topped with potato and cheese. A hearty New Zealand classic that can feed the whole family or a single person.

 

Heating: Remove sleeve and puncture clear film. Microwave 3-4 minutes, or warm in a preheated oven at 180° for 10-15 minutes, until piping hot. Rest for one minute before eating.
