Enjoy beautiful Akaroa salmon cold smoked and cut in to fine slices by the artisans at Matakana Smokehouse. Great on bagels or use for sashimi. Brined in Canadian Maple syrup for over 24 hours and cold smoked for 9 hours and sliced in a thicker Scandinavian style.
