- Add 5-7 drops of the blend to your diffuser. Allow the gentle vapors to fill the birthing space, creating a supportive and calming ambiance.
- Alternatively: Add 10 drops to warm water, soak a cloth, squeeze out the excess, then place it on your lower back during labour.
