a member of the mint family and therefore shares many of the same suggested health benefits. Whilst well known for the ability to promote a sense of calm and wellbeing and often used as an aid to relieve the symptoms of insomnia, anxiety, restlessness and depression; it is also believed to have antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties as well as working to aid digestion and sometimes relieve pain as well.

When brewed, produces pungent floral aromas and a blue-green liquor. To taste it is fresh, clean, clear and aromatic with an underlying sweetness. Delicious any time of day especially when in need of some rest and relaxation

  To Enjoy

Place one dessertspoon per cup into an infuser, filter or teapot. Add freshly boiled water and infuse for 4 minutes. Ingredients

Contains enough for approximately 40 cups (Standard) or 60 cups (Large) of one of our infusions.
Please note this container is not airtight, and therefore once opened, your infusion should be transferred to an airtight caddy or storage jar.
