Ras el Hanut (Blend)

 
Ras el Hanut translates as ‘top of the shelf’ or ‘best of the best’ in Moroccan. This mixture normally represents a complex blend that is unique to each souk or master spice melder. It pairs beautifully with beef, chicken, veal, and lamb tagines in particular, will spice up couscous and rice dishes, and is wonderful added to mashed pumpkin, or any pumpkin dish for that matter! 40g.
