A proper caramelized Red Onion Relish, it is broiled, infused and slowly cooked to achieve optimal flavor and caramelisation over 2 days. A delicious accompaniment for your hot dogs, steak sandwiches or steak dinner. Many uses, and it has very low sugar. It is an intense flavor and not a lot is needed.

INGREDIENTS: Red onion, Garlic, Olive oil, Brown sugar, Mustard seed, Balsamic vinegar & Himalayan salt
