Paper Cuts Inspired FQB - Rashida Coleman Hale

I found some OOP Paper Cuts by Rashida Coleman Hale from her C & S days along with some Freckles that used to be a basic and two cute bundles were born!
Not quite low volume but subtle enough to just support the star fabric and not overwhelm. 11 Fat quarters that will make a delightful quilt on their own or play nicely with some friends from your stash.
