2-Colour Weighted Fitness Hula Hoop

These hoops are designed for ultimate hula hoop fitness! This means strong core activation using our weighted hula hoop tubing.

Each of our hoops are made here in New Zealand by hand. We custom make each one to make the perfect hoop to suit you!

Our fitness Power Hoops are loved for their weighted HDPE tubing and fun colour choices. They also feature professional grade grip tape which assists the hoop to grip to the body and clothing easier, meaning more time hooping and less time dropping it! 

We have carefully selected an optimal weight for our fitness hula hoops which enables maximum core engagement and lengthy practice without leading to discomfort or bruising. Our standard size 38Inch hoops weigh approximately 450g, which is almost double the weight of our dance hoops. Smaller sizes may weigh just under this and larger sizes a little over due to the length of tubing. 

Each of our hoops also are travel hoops! This mean they can coil down to half of their size for easy travel.

Regular fitness hooping can have great core-toning results as well as increasing and maintaining great mobility for the hips. This is a fun way to exercise with limitless options to get creative with your hoop fitness routine! 

For beginners we recommend a 38Inch Hoop. However, we do have other size options to suit those who are particularly small or tall or just have another preference! Check out our sizing chart if you are still unsure on what size you would like. 

Each of our hoops are made-to-order. Because of this, please allow 2-5 days for your hoops to be created! We then post our using Post with an average delivery time of just 3 days.
