SMARTBALLS TENEO are a great way to build your Pelvic Floor strength. We do weight training for all other muscles throughout the body so why not the Pelvic Floor?!     

SMARTBALLS TENEO are designed and manufactured in Germany by the FunFactory from high quality, odorless, body-safe hypoallergenic materials. They are slightly elliptical in shape, with an internal weight inside the ball. They are easy to use and come with instructions on how to use them.  

SMARTBALLS TENEO were originally designed to enhance sexual pleasure but with research showing how effective vaginal weights can be for building Pelvic Floor strength (e.g. for Stress Incontinence), they are now recommended by Pelvic Health Physiotherapists across the world as an exercise device.  The wider diameter of both designs means they also offer a useful starting point for women with a weakened/stretched pelvic floor who have difficulty holding a much narrower cone.  

They come in two different sizes, TENEO UNO and TENEO DUO, and can be used in different ways depending on your specific needs.   

- KEEPING IT SIMPLE: TENEO UNO and TENEO DUO can be inserted and worn discretely without doing anything else! The weight alone provides the pelvic floor muscles a challenge in its own right.  

- ADDING A CONTRACTION: Research has shown that pelvic floor contractions with weighted balls in place are more effective than simply contracting your pelvic floor.   

- PROGRESSION:  Used in sequence, they can offer a weight progression from the Uno's 42g to the Duo's 85g. Following this, external weights can be added on for the ultimate pelvic floor challenge! This option of progression allows women at every level of pelvic floor strength to be offered a unique challenge.
