These hold in heat to give warmth for longer and are especially good for those with wheat intolerance.

Designed to fit comfortably around the neck, back, knees,. to help relieve and soothe aching and tight muscles.

Contains oats and linseed. Also contains herbs of lavender, thyme and verbena, and essential oils of lavender and orange, creating a wonderful soothing fragrance.

To Use:

Cover your Ache Sack with a pillowcase (to protect fabric and to store when not in use). Can be warmed in a microwave with a cup of water, or in an oven.

Important - Only heat for 2-3 minutes.
