Sweet Orange - Sweet Orange is recognised for its calming and normalising effect on the digestive system, especially helpful for digestive discomfort or irregularity due to nervous upset. It is also considered useful to stimulate lymphatic circulation, making it a popular choice in blends for cellulite and congested tissues such as swollen feet or ankles. Perfect for stress or low mood. I LOVE Orange on it's own. 

Lavender & Petitgrain - Lavender’s relaxing properties can help ease digestive, menstrual or muscular spasms. Quick-acting for headaches when rubbed onto the temples or used in a compress, and wonderful to ease muscles and joints when added to a warm body oil. Petitgrain helps balance the nervous system during emotional strain and stress. It calms and soothes during times of panic, anger and sleeplessness, and helps restore inner strength and confidence.

Clary Sage, Geranium -Clary Sage is a key oil to help ease pre-menstrual symptoms of the body and mind. Quick-acting in a massage oil, bath or compress for abdominal and lower back cramps before or during menstruation. It is also beneficial during menopause to help with hot flushes and hormonal fluctuations especially where irritability is present.  Geranium has a stabilising effect on hormonal and stress-related conditions. It is a very useful oil for women to support a balanced transition during menopause and for premenstrual symptoms. It is also popular for its regenerating and toning effects - awesome for mood swings. 

Fir Green Blend - Is good during cold and flu season or as an inhalation at the first signs of a cold. The warm and stimulating effects of Fir Needle are also useful for muscle and joint aches and pains due to stiffness and lack of mobility.

Mandarin & Basil  Basil is one of the best essential oils to help strengthen a fatigued mind and aid mental clarity. Great during study, deadlines or whenever focus and decision-making is needed, nervous exhaustion, and for headaches or migraines from mental overwork. Mandarin has an uplifting and calming nature that instils a happy, sunny and more playful mood. Great for children and adults to soothe stress, low mood, nervous tension, irritability and sleeplessness.
