Peppermint Pure Therapeutic Essential Oil 10mls (Mentha piperita) 10 mls 

The all-purpose refreshing, magic oil. Clear your respiratory or the energy of a room, refresh the mind, lift mental fatigue & concentration. 

How to use: 6 drops in the diffuser or add to your carrier oil for travel sickness, nausea, digestive aid, concentration, sinus & chest relief. 

Peppermint oil helps clear congestion and heat, and has local anaesthetic and antiseptic properties – great for itching, redness and irritation of the skin or scalp. Use sparingly and well diluted as it can be a skin irritant itself, and has a profound cooling effect. A few drops on a tissue can be discreetly inhaled for quick relief during times of need. Applied to the abdomen it is wonderful to soothe an upset digestive system including bloating, spasms, flatulence, colic, and to stimulate liver and gallbladder function.

Make sure the room is ventilated for children (and pets). Do not let children touch or eat essential oils. 

Not recommended if someone suffers from epilepsy.
