  GOURMET CULINARY OILS

omeganz™ Gourmet Culinary Oils are all extra virgin and cold pressed, and are a healthy option for a variety of recipes or simply as a dietary supplement. The typical Omega-3 and/or Omega-6 profiles of this category make them high in nutritional value and are an excellent healthful addition to your diet. 

Being sensitive to light, heat and oxygen these oils should not be cooked at high temperatures and are best taken neat or as an addition to already prepared meals.

These oils are a great substitute for butter on pasta, potatoes and beans and really complement seafood dishes as a dressing. Their nutritional benefit means you can take one tablespoon daily or alternatively use as a salad dressing, in smoothies, or drizzled over breakfast cereals.

  HIGH TEMPERATURE CULINARY OILS

omeganz™  High Temperature Culinary Oils are all Extra Virgin and Cold Pressed. A high smoke point (over 200ºC) makes oils of this category a healthy choice for stir frying, pan frying, wok cooking, grilling, sautéing, and oven roasting, as well as baking. These oils are a great inclusion for your favourite marinade, or alternatively, drizzle over salads or use as a dipping oil. 

  FLAX SEED OIL

Our very popular, award-winning flax seed oil, grown right here in the South Island of NZ. A delicious, pure, clear oil or premium quality that is a great accompaniment to your dishes. The health benefits of omega-3 are well-known and the abundant supply within our flax seed oil makes this such a wonderful plant-based option. 

Easily taken neat, drizzled over salads or warm dishes, or used in cold preparations. Not suitable for frying but can be used at very low temperatures.

  HEMP SEED OIL 

Grown and produced right here in our signature Extra Virgin Hemp Seed Oil is extracted from the seeds of the hemp plant using the gold standard cold pressing method.  This enables the retention of all the nutritious benefits of omega-3 and omega-6 in the optimal 3:1 ratio and essential to any diet. 

A gorgeous green colour that gives a delicious, smooth and nutty flavour to your dishes. An excellent skin moisturiser also! 

Not suitable for frying. Can be used at very low temperatures but best drizzled on food or in cold applications.
