Spalted Sycamore Chef's Knife

The steel blade on this Integral Chef's Knife is pattern welded low layer damascus steel, hand forged to shape.

The handle is made from a beautifully figured piece of spalted sycamore tree from the little property we rent in Carterton that was felled. It has been stabilised for added durability.

Comes with a display stand similar to the one in these photos, made from on old local totara fencepost on a polished wooden base.

This art knife comes with its own signed Certificate of Authenticity.
