Spare cooking grill for Hibachi grill

This spare cooking grill was made specifically for use with Japanese hibachi grills, allowing you to extend your grill's functionality. 

To extend the life of your Hibachi grill"

- Make sure grill plates are washed thoroughly between courses
- Have multiple grill plates for several courses or for commercial use as washing between courses is not always possible.
- Grills can be washed in a dishwasher or soaked in a sink to remove all residue of sauces and food.
- Sauces left on grill will cause direct burning of the metal which will weaken grill plate over time. 
- One layer of heat beads or fuel keeps sufficient distance of heat so flame directly on grill is reduced.
