- Passionflower - Traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to relieve sleeplessness
- Lemon balm - Traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to relieve nervous tension
- Magnesium glycinate to support nervous system function

Relax into Sleep contains a combination of herbal ingredients, plus the mineral magnesium.
