The Banko Gotiti washing station was founded in 2004 by producer Ayele Fullaso - a well known producer in the area.

This washed microlot from Ayele Fullasa is a clean expression of the classic Ethiopian flavour profile with stonefruit and floral characteristics, a tea-like body and delicate acidity.

Ayele primarily focusses on producing varieties developed and proven by the Jimmah Agricultural Research Center such as the 74110 and 74112 varieties.

Roasted for filter brew methods such as pour-over, Delter press or plunger.
