Sizing:

Medium - 40mm diameter - Low-Mid Flow. Low Cervix. Holds up to 15ml of blood = 2 x tampon capacity.
Large - 45mm diameter - Mid-Heavy Flow. Mid-High Cervix. Suitable for women that have given vaginal birth. Holds up to 25ml of blood = 3 x tampon capacity.

Menstrual Cup Use & Care:

We recommend boiling the menstrual cup for at least 5 minutes before using it. Remove cup once per day, empty into the toilet and rinse out with water before re-inserting. Boil the cup again between periods and store in carry-bag.
