Our Mint Absorbent Lace Underwear - Heavy Protection are leakproof underwear composed of a 5 x leakproof and breathable layer's technology. They can absorb up to 60ml of blood and still provide a dry sensation with no scent.
Uniquely made of soft & breathable bamboo fabric, these period underwear are hypoallergenic (rash-free) and anti-bacterial.
The 5-layer padding area covers half of front and half of back of the underwear.

1 Measure Hip Size
How do I measure my hip?
Your hip measurement should include the fullest part of your hips and butt. Hold the start of the tape measure on one hip, wrap it around your butt and around your other hip, and then back to where you started. If you prefer a looser fit, insert your forefinger between the tape and your hip to allow space.
2 Measure Waist Size
How do I measure my waist? Bend to the sides to reveal the natural crease in your waistline. Measure around your body along that line for your natural waist measurement, keeping the tape a bit loose.
3 What if Iâm Between Sizes?
If in between sizes, or unsure, it is recommended you go down in size for this style of High Waist Underwear. This style offers a quite generous fitting.

We recommend soaking your Mint incontinence underwear in cold water before washing them. If after a few months, you want to freshen them up, soak them in white vinegar for 5 minutes before the wash. Do not use a dryer, as high temperatures can damage the leakproof layer. Line dry only (or towel-rail).
We recommend changing underwear every 8hours for moderate-heavy flow.
Each Mint underwear can be washed up to 100 times, saving up to 100 plastic-disposables from going to our landfill.
