Sou'Wester Coastal Blend Honey

This blend of honey comes from our hives that are located along approximately 50km of the south coast of New Zealand’s South Island. This coastline is home to some hardy native plants and wild flowers that produce this special blend of honey. It is named after the area's predominant wind from the south west. As this is a seasonal honey, there may be some variation in taste from year to year.   This product will "set" over time. If you specifically want runny honey, please let us know and we may have some in our warm storage.
