Initial Consult (Afterpay)

This is for a 45 minute initial consultation. 

During this consult we will go over your medical history, your current state of health, your symptoms, and will come up with a treatment plan. The fee will also cover your first prescription. 

Please ensure that you select AFTERPAY at checkout

You will receive an  email after booking with your booking confirmation details, which will include a calendar invite.  However please make sure to check your spam or junk folders.
